• Welcome to EverRize. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EverRize’s website, coaching services, subscription plans, and digital content (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
• 1. Overview of Services
• EverRize provides motivation, wellness guidance, text-based coaching, and personal development support through digital platforms. Services vary depending on the subscription plan purchased.
• EverRize is not a medical, therapeutic, or psychological service. Coaching is for motivational and personal growth purposes only.
• 2. Eligibility
• By using EverRize, you confirm that you:
• Are at least 18 years old
   
• Are legally able to enter binding agreements
   
• Provide accurate information during signup
   
• Are the authorized owner of the phone number and payment method used
   
• 3. Registration Fee
• A one-time, non-refundable $50 registration fee is required for all new members. This fee covers account setup, onboarding, and access to membership-related resources.
• 4. Subscription Plans & Billing
• EverRize offers multiple subscription tiers. When you subscribe:
• You authorize EverRize to charge your payment method for recurring monthly fees
   
• Your subscription will renew automatically each billing cycle
   
• You are responsible for keeping your billing information updated
   
• All fees are charged in U.S. dollars (USD)
   
• EverRize processes payments securely through Stripe.
• 5. Automatic Renewal
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. By subscribing, you acknowledge that:
• Recurring charges will continue until you cancel
   
• Renewal dates are based on your original purchase date
   
• You authorize EverRize to charge recurring fees without requiring additional approval
   
• 6. Cancellation Policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting EverRize Customer Support or through any self-service tools provided. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Registration fees are not refundable.
• 7. Refund Policy
• EverRize offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all new memberships.
  If you are not satisfied during your first 30 days:

• We will issue a full refund of your first month’s subscription fee
   
• Refunds are not available after the first 30 days or for renewal charges.
• 8. Text Messaging & Communication Consent
• By subscribing, you consent to receive:
• Coaching messages

• Progress check-ins
   
• Service notifications
   
• Message and data rates may apply.
  You may opt out of promotional texts by replying STOP, but service-related messages may still be required for account functionality.
• 9. Coaching Disclaimer
• EverRize provides motivational and wellness-based coaching only.
  We do not provide:
• Medical advice
   
• Mental health counseling
   
• Therapy
   
• Legal or financial advice
   
• Always consult licensed professionals for medical, psychological, or legal concerns.
• Results vary based on individual effort, mindset, and consistency.
• 10. User Responsibilities
• You agree to:
• Use EverRize content for personal purposes only
   
• Not share, resell, or distribute coaching content
   
• Not misuse our messaging platform
   
• Not engage in harmful, illegal, or abusive behavior
   
• Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• 11. Intellectual Property
• All EverRize content—including messages, graphics, videos, branding, and written material—is owned exclusively by EverRize. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
• 12. Account Termination
• EverRize may suspend or terminate your account for:
• Violations of these Terms
   
• Fraudulent activity
   
• Abusive behavior
   
• Failure to pay subscription fees
   
• Termination does not exempt you from outstanding charges.
• 13. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverRize is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   
• Decisions you make based on coaching content
   
• Service interruptions or technical issues
   
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account
   
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid during your most recent monthly billing period.

• 15. Modifications to Terms
